Service Area & Out-of-Area Orders

LUVSCENE is a Las Vegas-based business providing luxury picnics, hotel decor, cozy campfires, floral arrangements, gifts, and related services within our designated Las Vegas service area.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their requested service or delivery location is within our service area before completing a purchase.

If an order is accidentally placed for a location outside Las Vegas or outside our designated service area, the customer must contact Luvscene@outlook.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation and full refund.

LUVSCENE will not fulfill orders outside its designated service area unless arrangements have been approved in advance.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
